Job Description

Sivara GmbH is seeking an IT Support Analyst on a temporary 3-month contract based in Shippon. As the first point of contact for IT support across the business, you'll provide both 1st and 2nd line support, log incidents, and assist with account management within a Microsoft environment.

Ideal candidates will have a background in IT support, strong communication skills, and an understanding of Office 365 and ITIL frameworks. Onsite work is required, with the potential for remote flexibility.
