Job Description

We are looking for a IT Support Analyst to join us at Huws Gray Llangefni!

We rely on our IT Support Analysts to work alongside the wider IT Support team to provide fantastic customer service to our stakeholders throughout the business by meeting our service level agreements. Working in one of our Central Support Functions you'll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.

Responsibilities
  • Providing general IT Support to end-users (Windows OS, Office365, various hardware & software packages)
  • Respond to and manage support calls on the helpdesk, liaising with third party suppliers where required.
  • Installing & upgrading computer hardware/software. Assisting in new site installations & maintenance.
  • Logging calls on the internal helpdesk system and escalating calls where necessary.
  • Ensuring calls are prioritised and responded to within the agreed SLA.
  • Monitoring network performance & security, ensuring minimum downtime.
  • Investigating, diagnosing and solving network, software and hardware faults. Taking ownership of the issue and undertake fixes as required.
  • Supporting the roll out of new applications and hardware across the business.
Qualifications

We would be looking for you to have a formal IT qualification or 2+ years experience in a similar role. You will be working in a fast paced environment and the position is suited to someone keen to work in a dynamic & vibrant business. You'll need to have a good understanding of technology, IT networking and the Microsoft suite. This role is suitable for individuals who are able to communicate to stakeholders within the business, who can work well under pressure, and have experience with multi tasking. A full UK Drivers licence will be needed as you may be expected to travel across the UK completing site installations.
