  • We ideally want an understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN, VLANs, and routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
  • We prefer experience supporting multi-vendor environments such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and AWS.
  • We value familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and ticketing systems such as SolarWinds, ServiceNow, and BMC Remedy.
  • We need excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

  • We log, manage, and progress incidents and service requests through the full lifecycle, maintaining accurate updates and detailed documentation.
  • We work within defined Service Level Agreements to ensure timely resolution and high first time fix rates.
  • We perform routine network health checks and preventative maintenance activities.
  • We deploy patches, firmware updates, and minor configuration changes as required.
  • We produce clear incident reports, shift handovers, and technical documentation.
  • We escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior engineers or external vendors where appropriate.
