Job Overview

We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our Glasgow George Square office.

Responsibilities

Provide general admin support to technical teams, assisting them to manage projects. Manage deadlines, diary entries, and scheduling meetings, including preparing agendas, taking and distributing minutes, and arranging conference rooms. Organise travel and accommodation for colleagues at all levels and coordinate office events. Prepare and format documents using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and maintain filing and archiving systems. Use Microsoft Outlook for diary management.

Qualifications

Previous experience working in a busy office environment. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and organisational skills. A high degree of self management, initiative, reliability and flexibility to provide the best possible service to internal and external clients. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
