Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years experience in a similar development role such as Junior Developer, Software Developer, Web Developer, Full Stack Developer or similar
- Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and modern web development practices
- Experience across both frontend and backend development
- Building or contributing to full stack applications
- Using version control tools such as Git
- Problem solving with a proactive approach to learning and development
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining full stack web applications using JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js and React
- Building and integrating RESTful APIs and third party services
- Working with databases such as MongoDB, SQL Server or similar
- Creating responsive, user friendly interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3
- Taking ownership of features from concept through to delivery
- Supporting application security, including authentication and secure handling of user data
- Collaborating with the wider team on development projects and continuous improvements
