Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect
- Expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architectures
- Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes
- Deep understanding of security, identity management, GDPR, and governance
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect required
- CTA certification or progression towards CTA highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and governance of a large-scale digital transformation programme
- Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds
- Lead complex integrations via APIs and middleware
- Establish data and security governance
- Conduct architecture reviews
- Drive technical quality across the platform
- Collaborate closely with solution architects, delivery leads, developers, and digital teams
- Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship
