Salary: £35,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Power Platform Solution Architect.
- Strong background delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
- Experience across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and/or Customer Insights.
- Deep understanding of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Strong integration architecture experience within enterprise environments.
- Hands on experience with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, and API Management.
- Experience leading data migration and system consolidation programmes.
- Knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 with third party applications and enterprise systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience owning solutions throughout the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform programmes.
- Design scalable and secure solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Define integration strategies connecting D365 CE with enterprise applications and third party systems.
- Architect solutions using Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, and API Management.
- Facilitate business and technical workshops to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps.
- Lead architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Support data migration, system consolidation, and platform modernisation initiatives.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of architectural designs.
- Provide technical leadership across development, integration, and functional workstreams.
- Act as the trusted advisor between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
