Security Manager (Critical Infrastructure)

We're supporting a leading organisation within critical infrastructure to recruit an experienced Security Manager. This is a key role focused on protecting essential services, driving regulatory compliance, and strengthening cyber resilience across complex operational environments.

What you'll be doing:
  • Leading the implementation and management of regulatory security frameworks
  • Acting as the main point of contact for regulators and external authorities
  • Identifying, assessing and mitigating cyber security risks across IT and OT environments
  • Overseeing incident response, reporting and continuous improvement activities
  • Promoting security awareness and best practice across the wider business
  • Supporting audits, assurance programmes and compliance reporting
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience in a cyber security role within critical infrastructure, utilities, energy or similar sectors
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and security frameworks
  • Knowledge of both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments
  • Experience managing security incidents and risk assessments
  • Confident stakeholder engagement skillsRelevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001) desirable
