Salary: £65,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements
  • We are looking for strong experience in endpoint engineering and architecture within enterprise environments.
  • We require deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot.
  • We need strong knowledge of endpoint security, including Defender, BitLocker, and AppLocker.
  • We require experience with patching strategy and Windows Update management.
  • We need expertise in application packaging and deployment automation.
  • We require experience with Nexthink or equivalent digital employee experience tooling.
  • We need automation experience with PowerShell, Terraform, or similar tools.
  • We require familiarity with ServiceNow, including incident, change, and CMDB processes.
  • We prefer experience in managed services or telecoms environments.
  • We prefer knowledge of financial services regulatory frameworks such as FCA, PRA, and DORA.
Responsibilities
  • We will have you define endpoint architecture standards across Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and Defender.
  • We will have you own the Windows reference build lifecycle and governance.
  • We will have you lead application lifecycle strategy, including packaging, deployment, updates, and retirement.
  • We will have you drive endpoint security architecture, including Defender, BitLocker, AppLocker, and hardening.
  • We will have you define patching strategy, deployment rings, and compliance monitoring.
  • We will have you optimise monitoring using Nexthink and Microsoft 365 telemetry. Technologies

    We are a financial services client looking for a senior EUC Specialist at L4 to provide technical leadership and architectural governance across a complex, global endpoint environment. This is a hands-on role based primarily onsite in London, with three days per week in our Claranet office and/or at the customer site. You will help shape endpoint strategy, security, and lifecycle management in a highly regulated environment, acting as the highest escalation point for complex issues.
