Transcat Developer (Temenos T24)

Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year

• We require proven experience working in banks as a T24 technical resource.
• We require in-depth technical knowledge of the T24 system, ideally including the latest releases R23 and R24, as well as modules AA, TPH, and TDH.
• We require experience participating in T24 upgrade and integration projects, including API integrations.
• We require an excellent understanding of T24 TAFJ running on an MS SQL database.
• We require strong Java development skills for T24.
• We require solid experience in T24 integration, interfacing, and customisation of browser functionality.
• We prefer candidates who can work in a technical consultancy or systems analyst capacity for Temenos Transact / T24.
• We prefer candidates with experience supporting banking systems in a production environment.
• We value candidates who can contribute to system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• We prefer candidates who can troubleshoot complex operational issues and support urgent incidents.
• We prefer candidates who are able to provide out-of-hours support when needed.

• We enhance T24 system functionality to meet our banking needs.
• We carry out updates, patch installations, and integrations with other IT systems.
• We lead software development from design to delivery, including coding, code review, and unit testing.
• We monitor T24 system performance and security.
• We analyze business requirements and develop technical specifications.
• We resolve operational issues and support problem resolution.
• We coordinate with the Temenos Helpdesk to resolve issues.
• We provide out-of-hours support for urgent system issues.
• We work as part of a small team supporting the T24 / Transact product.
• We support API integrations and other interface/customisation work as required.
