Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and coaching a SAP team with deliverables.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and FICO modules.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Integration experience and experience with methodologies such as ITIL.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams.
- Experience working in an organisation undergoing SAP transformation, ideally in an S/4HANA environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of SAP specialists responsible for daily operations, incident management, and support for transformation projects in the SAP environment.
- Lead, coach, and support the SAP team.
- Support rollouts, resources, projects, and enhancements.
- Own end-to-end SAP service availability and manage vendor relationships.
- Manage configuration activities.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation.
