Requirements:
- We require significant experience delivering cyber security projects in a consultancy or professional services environment.
- We require strong technical knowledge across core cyber domains, including risk management, security architecture, governance, assurance, or incident response.
- We require a CISSP, CISM, or equivalent professional certification.
- We require a proven track record of leading teams and managing senior client relationships.
- We require the ability to communicate complex security topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- We require active SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC (Security Clearance).
- We require candidates to be self-motivated, decisive, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
- We require candidates to be eligible to work in the UK.
- We would prefer experience across multiple disciplines such as GRC, penetration testing, SOC, cloud security, or OT security.
- We would prefer familiarity with frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, CAF, or Cyber Essentials.
- We would prefer experience working with government, defence, or critical national infrastructure clients.
- We would prefer additional certifications such as CREST, OSCP, or NCSC Certified Professional.
Responsibilities:
- We lead end-to-end cyber security engagements across advisory and hands-on delivery.
- We manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.
- We build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including at CISO and board level.
- We lead proposals and bids, and contribute to go-to-market strategy and service development.
- We support and develop junior and mid-level consultants through active mentoring.
- We put sensible operational processes in place and keep day-to-day delivery on track.
- We contribute to hiring decisions as our team grows.
- We take ownership of client engagements from start to finish, including risk assessments, security architecture reviews, policy development, incident response planning, and governance work.
- We serve as the senior point of contact on engagements, ensuring quality and consistency across all deliverables.
