Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Senior UiPath Developer
- Active NPPV2 clearance
- Strong hands-on expertise with UiPath
- Ability to work across solution architecture and design
- Hands-on RPA development experience
- Experience with integration, APIs, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Background working in public sector or regulated environments
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Desirable: experience with TOGAF or architecture frameworks
- Desirable: knowledge of policing or Criminal Justice IT environments
- Desirable: exposure to other RPA tools such as Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver end-to-end technical architecture across RPA and wider systems
- Design, build, and optimise UiPath automation solutions
- Act as both Technical Architect and senior UiPath Developer, remaining hands-on where required
- Establish automation standards, frameworks, and governance
- Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and policing requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and business users to shape solutions
