Requirements
- Proven experience developing and delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong hands on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce security and sharing models.
- Experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or complex Salesforce data models.
- Experience building and supporting Salesforce integrations using APIs.
- Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform best practices.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes and tools, ideally Copado.
- Excellent problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Desirable: experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, or other highly regulated industries.
- Desirable: OmniStudio experience including FlexCards, OmniScripts, and Integration Procedures.
- Desirable: knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
- Desirable: experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement and/or Marketing Cloud Next.
- Desirable: previous experience supporting Salesforce platforms in a post implementation environment.
- Desirable: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using declarative configuration and custom development.
- Build modern Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Apex technologies.
- Implement and support core Financial Services Cloud capabilities including Person Accounts, Households, Relationship Groups, Rollups, Action Plans, and compliant data sharing models.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Support deployment and release activities through Copado, ensuring quality, traceability, and CI/CD best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure all solutions meet security, regulatory, and governance requirements.
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and the ongoing development of Salesforce best practices.

We are hiring a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Developer for a permanent role in London/Hybrid with a salary of up to £95,000 plus bonus and benefits. You will join a major Salesforce transformation programme to re-platform the entire client lifecycle onto Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. This is an opportunity to help build and evolve a strategic platform within a collaborative Agile product team, supporting the transition from consultancy led delivery to long term in house ownership.
