SAP EAM Practice Lead

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

• We require 12+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on EAM / Plant Maintenance.
• We require proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA EAM transformation programmes.
• We require a strong understanding of asset-intensive industries such as Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing.
• We require demonstrated experience in pre-sales, business development, and contributing to revenue growth.
• We require experience managing distributed teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
• We require strong stakeholder management and client facing capabilities.
• We require excellent communication, leadership, and commercial awareness.
• We prefer a bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• We prefer SAP certifications in EAM/PM or S/4HANA.
• We prefer experience with SAP BTP, Mobility, IoT, or Asset Intelligence Network.
• We prefer familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• We will define and execute the SAP EAM roadmap aligned to our S/4HANA and cloud first strategy.
• We will own practice revenue targets and contribute to UK business growth.
• We will build, mentor, and scale a high performing EAM team across onshore and offshore locations.
• We will develop reusable accelerators, templates, and industry specific solutions.
• We will lead end to end SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM implementations, including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition programmes.
• We will oversee integration across EAM, MM, FI, PS, and Supply Chain modules.
• We will drive asset lifecycle management improvements, including maintenance planning, asset performance, and reliability.
• We will support clients in adopting digital asset management strategies using SAP technologies.
• We will lead RFP responses, solution design, and client workshops for EAM opportunities.
• We will act as executive sponsor on strategic bids and proposals.
• We will partner with SAP and ecosystem partners to drive joint opportunities.
• We will contribute to thought leadership, client presentations, and industry events.
• We will provide executive oversight on key EAM programmes and engagements.
• We will ensure margin protection, delivery quality, and risk mitigation across projects.
• We will drive governance aligned to SAP Activate and our internal delivery frameworks.
• We will ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001 standards.
• We will leverage SAP S/4HANA EAM, Mobility, BTP, and analytics capabilities.
• We will drive adoption of predictive maintenance, IoT, and asset intelligence solutions.
• We will promote automation, data driven insights, and continuous improvement.
• We will embed sustainability and ESG considerations into asset management processes.
• We will support internal resource planning, hiring, and onboarding of EAM consultants.
• We will mentor and coach consultants across functional and leadership capabilities.
• We will establish best practices, standards, and knowledge sharing within the practice.

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven SAP EAM Practice Lead to define, build, and lead a growing Enterprise Asset Management capability across the UK and Europe.
