  • Process new business, fund switches, letters of authority (LOA), and change of agency procedures end to end using Xplan workflows.
  • Maintain accurate client records in Xplan, including fact find information, compliance documentation, and anti money laundering (AML) checks.
  • Track case progress and keep both advisers and clients informed at every stage.
  • Assist with general admin tasks and support the wider team where needed.
What we're looking for
  • Experience in financial services administration, ideally in wealth management or supporting advisers.
  • A natural people person - approachable, clear, and professional with clients.
  • Great communicator with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Xplan experience is a bonus.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
  • Happy working as part of a team or independently when needed.
