Gas Engineer
Purpose of the Job
To complete maintenance and reactive repairs on the gas equipment and associated plant on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Completing Statutory inspection of gas appliances on site and associated plant
- Complete reactive repairs on gas appliances on site and associated plant
- Overseeing Annual maintenance of Gas Network across the group
- Annual auditing of Gas maintenance of all site venues on contract
- Ensure all gas certification is up to date
- Assist on other jobs within skill set around site as needed
- Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times
- Ensure that professional and technical skills are maintained through a commitment to personal development and life long learning
Skills and Experience
- CCN1, CEN1, COCN1, CCCN1, CIGA1, CDGA, CIGA, COMCAT
- 5-10 Years Experience in a similar Role
- Experience on working on large commercial boilers
- Experience on work on Direct fired AHU's
- Experience on commercial catering gas a bonus
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Organised and disciplined approach to work giving careful attention to detail
- Computer literate - Word, Excel
Accountabilities
- Accountable to the Contract Manager
- The post holder does not have any directly reporting staff
- This post carries no direct budgetary responsibility
