Systems Engineer

Certain Advantage is hiring for a Systems Engineer based in the Portsmouth area. This role is on a contract basis and is hybrid-based.

Our client is a manufacturing business in the aerospace sector that designs, manufactures and delivers industry leading commercial aircraft, and also operates a separate Space and Defence division.

We are looking for a Systems Engineer who is ambitious, results oriented, and ready to make an impact. The candidate will work in a small, experienced and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

• Systems engineering process, culture, competency and discipline on day to day business activities, enabled by adequate methods & tools products and services.
• All aspects of the system lifecycle.

We're looking for people who can show:

• Business or mission analysis
• System requirements definition
• System analysis and architecture definition
• Design definition, verification, validation & integration

The benefits:

• Hourly rate of circa £60 per hour via umbrella company
