DescriptionWe are recruiting three permanent Business Analysts to join our Digital & Technology Services (DTS) team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering digital transformation across the organisation.
As a Business Analyst, you will act as a vital link between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. You will contribute to shaping how digital services are designed and delivered, ensuring solutions align with strategic priorities and deliver measurable value.
Working as part of a collaborative DTS team, you will support the delivery of complex projects and programmes, helping to drive efficiency, enhance services, and enable smarter ways of working through the effective use of technology. You will also help translate business challenges into clear requirements and actionable insights, supporting informed decision-making and successful change implementation.

You will ensure that digital initiatives are grounded in clear business needs, aligned to strategic priorities, and supported by robust analysis, requirements definition, and evaluation.
