Job Description

This newly created position is for an experienced IT Manager to lead a small but busy IT helpdesk team. The role is 5 days a week in the Northampton office and pays up to £50,000, plus up to a 15% bonus.

To be considered, you will have a solid IT support background and team management experience.

Leading a small team of 1st & 2nd line Helpdesk Support Analysts, you will be both hands on with resolving tickets and managing the team. The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experiences:

  • Windows 11, Office 365, Intune & Azure AD
  • Ticket management & escalation
  • Team management, training & mentoring, 121's & KPIs
  • Best Practice policies, documentation standards & SLAs
  • 3rd line escalations around infrastructure support, improvements & maintenance
