About the Role

The Alumni Relations Officer role focuses on planning and delivering engaging activities for graduates of the Business School. You will design and manage a calendar of events, including digital campaigns, in-person networking, and professional development initiatives, effectively. Additionally, you will oversee event execution from concept to evaluation while ensuring high-quality attendee experiences consistently.

The role also involves creating content, coordinating marketing materials, and shaping communication strategies across multiple platforms. Job Duties

• Plan and deliver engaging alumni events across digital and in-person platforms effectively and professionally.
• Manage event lifecycles from concept development through implementation and post-event evaluation consistently.
• Develop and execute communication campaigns using email, social media, and website content strategically.
• Create compelling written content while coordinating design, photography, and marketing materials efficiently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify engagement opportunities and strengthen alumni relationships continuously.
• Maintain accurate alumni data while supporting reporting, analysis, and engagement tracking processes effectively.
• Act as a primary contact for alumni, providing professional communication and support across interactions.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning and management across both physical and digital engagement platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and quality delivery consistently demonstrated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and targeted content.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and building strong professional relationships effectively.
• Ability to manage and maintain data systems while supporting reporting and administrative functions efficiently.
• Creative mindset with the confidence to develop innovative engagement strategies and communication approaches.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and travel when required for event delivery.
