About the role
Delivery Manager for the ServiceNow platform. Lead the delivery, development, and ongoing optimisation of ServiceNow across SLC. Work closely with internal stakeholders to align enhancements and services with organisational priorities, support the wider roadmap, and drive improvements through automation and effective governance. Combine delivery management with technical oversight - coordinate development activity, manage workload and sprint ceremonies, monitor performance, and maintain platform reliability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Hands on experience with core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/PPM, and CMDB.
- Ability to define and maintain platform standards, governance approaches, and a roadmap aligned to business needs.
- Demonstrable understanding of ITIL practices and their application within ServiceNow.
- Experience managing demand pipelines, prioritisation processes, and delivery backlogs.
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, business owners, and technical teams to shape and deliver requirements.
- Knowledge of configurations, workflows, integrations, and data structures with the ability to oversee development quality.
- Demonstrable experience managing third party vendors or ServiceNow delivery partners.
