Overview
An established Professional Services firm based in central London is seeking an experienced 1st/2nd Line IT Support Technician to join their dynamic team. This is a part time role, 3 days per week, and initially a contract (Inside IR35) for 3 months - for the right person, there is a chance this may be extended.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to approximately 200 staff in a central London office.
- Assist with user account management, security protocols and access permissions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support ongoing system upgrades and deployment activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting both Windows and Mac operating systems in a professional environment.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365.
- Good understanding of network principles and basic IT security measures.
