• Conduct high volume outbound calling and strategic outreach via LinkedIn, CoStar, and industry databases to research, identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities.
• Enrich CRM records with detailed intelligence on prospective clients, maintaining accurate and actionable data.
• Work closely with the wider Business Development, Marketing, Account Management, and Project Director teams to align outreach strategies, share market intelligence, and support the conversion of opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market activity, and emerging opportunities to enhance prospect conversations and identify new avenues for growth.
• Coordinate tailored collateral and communications for prospects, ensuring a professional and consistent client experience.
• Seek feedback, continuously refine your approach, and share valuable insights to support team performance and business development objectives.

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Business Development type role (preferably within workplace design, fit out, or a comparable industry).
• Comfortable with high volume calling and confident using platforms like LinkedIn and CoStar.
• A team player who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
