Supervises development and customization of systems solutions to address client's business requirements. Oversees design activities that may involve application or system architecture.
Essential Functions
- Dynamically design solutions using Salesforce declarative automation and data integrity tools when configuring or extending nCino, articulating trade offs.
- Significantly influence fit/gap analysis and provide detailed level of effort for all configuration and custom options based on hands on experience or percentage of completion.
- Avoid potential downstream issues in design by applying thorough knowledge of the nCino data model, intended functionality and automation points.
- Remediate non Product Development Issues (PDI) and technical issues.
- Provide holistic solutions for UX and application security using nCino and Salesforce tools to achieve optimal performance.
- Understand and articulate value of strategy, Application Programming Interface (API) and best practices for versioning, deployment and release management.
- Possess knowledge of common integrations, tools used, nCino impact and APIs; specialize in at least one area.
- Support, guide and empower daily activities of employees, delegating tasks, establishing deadlines and verifying accuracy of work; may assist in completing team assignments.
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance work efficiency, automate routine tasks, improve accuracy, save time and reduce errors.
- Utilize AI driven insights to refine decision making, elevate customer experience and boost team productivity while ensuring measurable value and driving innovation.
- Stay informed on AI advancements to promote continuous learning and scalable growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of professional experience in Salesforce architecture or 4+ years and a Master's/Advanced degree, with at least 1 year of management experience or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience with architecture.
- Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
- Experience with analysis, definition and implementation of solution, information, technical and application architecture.
- Knowledge of various data encryption methods.
- Passion for delivering high quality solutions to banking customers with a strong commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non technical audiences.
- Proven success as a coach and mentor of technical staff.
Desired
- Experience with Informatica, MuleSoft & Kafka.
- Experience with AutoRabit, Copado, SFX.
- Experience with Smartsheet, Jira.
- Large financial institution experience, particularly with loan origination or servicing systems and an enterprise architecture framework.
Position may require some travel.
Levels Managed: M2 Associate Manager oversees M1, P2, P1 and S5-S1 roles.
