Job Description
- Highly accomplished sales professional with over 15 years of experience in the technology industry.
- Experience in selling IT solutions and staffing in Malaysia is mandatory (Malaysia Market exp mandatory).
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Proficient in managing a sales team, creating and executing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, resulting in increased loyalty and repeated business.
- Acquire new logos, develop pipeline, work with industry influencers to grow the business.
- Drive C-level conversations, demonstrate value, negotiate and close deals.
- Identify emerging trends and customer needs and plan sales strategies accordingly.
