Sitting in the Brand team, you'll bridge creativity and engineering, helping the studio explore new ways of creating, expressing and scaling brands. This is not a traditional digital production role. Instead, you'll work alongside strategists, designers, writers and creative leaders from day one, helping shape concepts, systems and experiences that push brand creation forward.
You'll bring emerging technologies into the heart of our creative process, developing prototypes, tools, systems and experiences that create genuine commercial value for clients. You'll help move beyond technology for technology's sake, demonstrating how engineering can strengthen brand strategy, unlock new creative possibilities and build long-term business impact.
You're equally comfortable discussing brand strategy with a Creative Director as you are building a prototype, writing code or exploring a new AI workflow.
You combine strong creative instincts with deep technical capability and are excited by the opportunity to define an emerging discipline within a leading brand agency.
Core skills: Creative coding, generative design systems, AI-assisted creative workflows, interactive experiences, design tooling and automation, Three.js, WebGL or real-time graphics, physical computing, AR, VR or spatial experiences.
