Job Title: Integration Architect
Location: Hybrid - Poole (2 days/month) / Remote
Salary: £60,000
Type: Fixed Term Contract (24 months; likely to extend)
Play a key role in a major digital transformation programme, modernising the tech stack for a world-leading lifesaving charity
Contribute directly to mission-critical Workday HCM and Microsoft ERP projects, with long-term opportunities as the programme expands
Serve as a subject matter expert for integration architecture, shaping technical standards, processes, and quality across projects
Act as the link between enterprise architects, integration developers, and business stakeholders, ensuring integration solutions are fit for purpose. Initially focused on Workday, then ERP delivery
Support efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the charity's most critical systems
Expertise with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic, Azure Integration Services, or similar)
Ability to design and document integration solutions using modern APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), including lifecycle, versioning, monitoring, and security
Familiarity with the Azure ecosystem: Service Bus, API Management, Event Hub
Strong understanding of event-driven and messaging architecture
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with Workday (HCM), Dynamics 365, or other Microsoft ERP platforms
Background in regulated or not-for-profit environments
