VP IT Service Design & Transition Lead

Huxley is seeking an IT Service Design & Introduction Lead to join their team within the banking sector. The role entails leading service design and transition efforts while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. An attractive day rate of £892 applies within an umbrella contract for a duration of 12 months.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience in service management and transformation programmes, solid stakeholder communication skills, and will be familiar with ITIL v4 frameworks. A commitment to work two days a week in office in London is expected.
