We're looking for a Pre Sales Solution Architect to drive revenue impact through Solutions Design supporting the commercial team in Pre Sales activity with prospective clients. This role is central to our mission, and you'll play a key part in helping to deliver market leading, outcome based solutions for our clients.

What you'll be doingThe Pre Sales Solution Architect (PSA) is a senior, outcome driven role within Kubrick's Consulting Practices, accountable for revenue impact, win rate improvement, solution quality, and partner led growth through high quality presales execution.
The role owns the technical shaping of deals across direct and partner led motions, translating client problems into delivery ready, commercially sound architectures across data, cloud, and AI. Success is measured not by activity alone, but by pipeline influenced, revenue booked, win rate uplift, cycle time reduction, and reusable solution assets created, in line with Kubrick's Presales KPI framework.
The PSA works closely with sales, partners, and delivery teams to ensure that presales effort is focused on the highest value opportunities, produces repeatable IP, and ultimately scales Kubrick's business.

Salary£100,000 - £130,000 base salary + 40% Commission
