We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused ICT Service Desk Technician to join our ICT team and help deliver reliable technology services that support colleagues across the organisation.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for ICT support, you'll provide technical assistance to colleagues, resolving incidents and service requests while delivering excellent customer service.
You'll support a wide range of technologies, including Windows devices, Chromebooks, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, mobile devices, and network connectivity.
