Job Description

A Cloud Security Engineer is responsible for protecting an organisation's cloud-based systems and data from cyber threats. This role involves designing secure cloud architecture, implementing security controls, monitoring for vulnerabilities, and responding to incidents. Cloud Security Engineers often work with platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, staying up-to-date with the latest security regulations and best practices, and ensuring that cloud environments meet industry standards and compliance requirements. Daily tasks may include risk assessments, security audits, and working closely with IT teams to integrate security into all cloud initiatives.
