Role Overview

Microsoft 365 Support Engineer - support M365 deployments, ensuring customers deliver as expected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver M365 L1/L2 support to customers.
  • Own tickets and deliver support within SLA.
  • Communicate progress to customers and maintain strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with team and delivery centre staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the M365 suite and related tools and products.
Required Technical Skills
  • Experience with at least two of the following M365 technologies: Exchange, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, Teams, ENTRA.
  • Desirable Microsoft examinations.
Security Clearance

This role requires UK Government Security Clearance or eligibility to undergo the SC vetting process.
