Role Overview
Microsoft 365 Support Engineer - support M365 deployments, ensuring customers deliver as expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver M365 L1/L2 support to customers.
- Own tickets and deliver support within SLA.
- Communicate progress to customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Collaborate with team and delivery centre staff.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the M365 suite and related tools and products.
Required Technical Skills
- Experience with at least two of the following M365 technologies: Exchange, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, Teams, ENTRA.
- Desirable Microsoft examinations.
Security Clearance
This role requires UK Government Security Clearance or eligibility to undergo the SC vetting process.
