The AWS Data Centre Supply Solutions team is looking for a Strategy & Acquisitions Associate to work across stakeholder groups to procure data centre capacity, support long term scaling strategies for AWS's data centre regions, and manage a portfolio of critical infrastructure agreements. In this role, you will manage all areas of transaction deal flow related to data centre projects, for both colocation and real estate. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing contractual agreements, assisting in building business cases for investment, and supporting the development, presentation, approval, and tracking of long term strategies.

• Prepare transaction business cases, forecast project costs, and partner with internal teams to submit business cases for leadership review.
• Assist with the site selection process, strategy development, and data analysis.
• Manage stakeholder engagement (operations, legal, finance, treasury, tax, risk assessment) from due diligence through contract review and execution, including milestone tracking.
• Support the development of Work Orders, Lease Agreements, Sale & Purchase Agreements, and other contractual documents.
• Ensure data integrity in supply planning and execution systems related to supply options including cost, capacity, key dates, and contractual terms.
• Manage transaction deal flow, ensuring all relevant data and documents are tracked and kept up to date.
• Communicate expectations, requirements, and status of deals to key stakeholders and business partners-both internally and externally.

• Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration within industrial, commercial, and/or data centre environments.
• Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, real estate, or another related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills.

• Fluency in French, Spanish, German, or Italian.
• Experience with analytical tools and the ability to analyze metrics and reporting.
• Ability to work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
