3rd Line Support Engineer - 40,000- 50,000

We're partnering with a well established organisation in Hampshire that is looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their internal IT team.


This role will suit someone who enjoys a mix of BAU support and project work, with a strong focus on infrastructure and cloud technologies.


Responsibilities:

  • Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues
  • Managing and maintaining servers, networks, and cloud platforms
  • Leading on small to medium IT projects
  • Supporting Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Improving systems, performance, and security

Tech environment:

  • Azure / Office 365
  • Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
  • Virtualisation (VMware / Hyper-V)
  • Networking (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
  • Backup & disaster recovery solutions

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years' experience in IT support/infrastructure
  • Strong all-round technical knowledge
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Ability to take ownership of technical issues and projects

Package:

  • 40,000- 50,000
