The RoleAs a CNC Programmer, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient and accurate production of high-quality joinery components using Homag CNC woodworking machinery.
Specifically, you will translate architectural and design specifications into optimised machine programmes, creating, editing, and refining programmes, and interpreting complex 2D technical drawings and 3D Solidworx models.
You will determine machining requirements, tooling, and sequential operations to achieve the best results, whilst also assisting with machine setup and testing, and performing test runs.
Managing tooling databases, you will ensure correct tool selection and support operators to maintain tight dimensional and aesthetic tolerances across all components.
