This person will be reporting to National C&I Technical and Sales Manager, will be in charge of supporting the sales team from a technical perspective, analysing customers special requests and offering technical solution keeping a constant and fruitful dialogue with HQ Application Engineering Department. At the same time, he/ she will be responsible to identify new opportunity in new burner segment (turnkey solutions, process sales) managing new project from early stage to the final delivery ensuring the achievement of the project's target.

• Collecting the data of the application of the customer.
• Preparing potentially with the support of other company's functions, the offer (technical configuration, cost estimation, delivery date estimation, etc.).
• Providing technical support to the customer and the sales force.
• KPI reporting (win rate, delivery time, etc.).

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Energy or similar).
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in the role/similar industries would be an asset.
• Interpersonal skills, in order to effectively discuss with other departments, explain the sales office needs and efficiently promote the most important and most urgent activities.
• Initiative, to overtake the criticalities which are intrinsic in a process that involves customized products.
• Goal oriented attitude, to contribute achieving the results requested by the sales department management.
