The Role

Business Development Manager - a key driver of growth, connecting marketing services solutions with new commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Research, identify, and qualify new business leads.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Selling tailored marketing solutions including digital marketing services, events and bespoke content.
  • Craft tailored outreach strategies and support with pitch materials and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.
  • Track and report on outreach, conversion metrics, and deal flow.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
About You
  • 2+ years outbound sales experience within the media, digital marketing or marketing services industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious, self starting, and comfortable managing multiple leads at once.
  • Strategic thinker with a can do mindset.
