Our client is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the day-to day running of a busy office. This is a hands on role covering administration, facilities, and light HR support, working for a global leader in manufacturing solutions.

Location: Central London (Office-based)
Job Type: Temporary, part time, 2 days per week / 14 hours per week
Duration: 6 Months, immediate start
Hourly pay rate: £15 - £17 per hour

Key responsibilities
  • General office administration and support
  • Managing supplies, stock, and kitchen areas
  • Handling post, deliveries, and couriers
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing rooms
  • Liaising with building management and suppliers
  • Supporting Health & Safety processes
  • Providing basic IT and systems support
  • Assisting with onboarding and office coordination
The ideal candidate will be
  • Experienced in office administration or similar role
  • Organised, proactive, and detail oriented
  • Professional communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Confident with Microsoft Office
