Location: Basildon, Essex

Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office

Salary: up to £110,000 + bonus

We are partnered with a leader in the financial services industry who are experiencing an exciting period of transformation. They are searching for a Group Product Manager to lead the evolution of their customer-facing digital products, building seamless self-serve experiences across the full customer journey.

As Group Product Manager you will lead their Digital Customer Products team, responsible for a suite of platforms that enable customers to manage their accounts and finance journeys online. You'll lead a team of Product Managers, and play a key role in shaping product strategy, roadmap direction, and delivery across a complex, multi-market environment.

• Lead the Digital Customer Products team and oversee a suite of platforms for online account and finance journey management
• Guide product strategy, roadmap direction, and delivery across a multi-market environment
• Mentor and manage a team of Product Managers to drive product outcomes

• Strong product management experience
• Experience either managing or mentoring Product Managers
• Experience with customer-facing digital products
• Experience in companies going through digital transformation would be beneficial
