Job Description

• Regularly emptying and clearing rubbish
• Reporting all maintenance issues to head office
• Mopping, dusting, vacuuming
• Cleaning of communal areas such as lobbies, stairwells, and landings toilets, kitchen area, office area

Qualifications and Skills

• Be able to demonstrate good organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong sense of time keeping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
