A successful global technology company are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to be a key part of a new IT Service Delivery team.

This role is vital in the day-to-day operations and stability of the global IT environment.

This role combines daily user support with strategic IT transformation.

• Maintain and support corporate infrastructure, networking, cloud services and applications.
• Pro-actively avoid issues and implement relevant solutions.
• Contribute to day-to-day operations and stability of the global IT environment.
• Provide daily user support while contributing to strategic IT transformation.

• Experience supporting Windows Servers, macOS, Atlassian and Google Workspace applications.
• ITIL certification.
• Demonstrable experience supporting SaaS, IaaS and PaaS.
