Product Designers - Mid/Senior/Principal

• Lead design projects from discovery through to delivery
• Create intuitive user experiences for sophisticated software products
• Contribute to and evolve design systems and design standards
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to influence product direction
• Conduct user research, prototyping and usability testing
• Mentor and support other designers (Senior and Principal levels)
• Help drive design strategy and best practice across the organisation (Principal level)

• Product design experience appropriate to Mid, Senior or Principal level
• Strong UX, interaction design and problem solving skills
• Experience designing complex digital products, platforms or enterprise software
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work cross functionally with Product and Engineering teams
• Exposure to AI enabled products or emerging technologies would be beneficial but not essential
