IT Technician: End-User Support & PC Imaging

Curtiss-Wright Corporation in Wimborne is looking for an IT Technician to assist with IT helpdesk tickets and ensure resolution of user issues. You will interface with users, perform root cause analysis, and assist with asset management while following company procedures.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of networking, good problem-solving abilities, and the capability to quickly learn new technologies. A commitment to security compliance as a British National is required.
