Diocesan Data & Insights Lead

The Church of England is seeking a candidate to lead on establishing data measurement frameworks across its Church Growth Programme. This role includes overseeing statistics management, validating data, championing data quality, and coordinating IT needs with external suppliers.

The successful candidate will manage the Contact Management System and utilize mapping tools like ArcGIS for strategic planning and analysis. Effective internal and external relationship management is essential.

The position reports to the Programme Director and is integral to supporting diocesan operations.
