Salary: £26,500 - £40,000 per year (dependent on experience)

The Role

Our client is looking for an Architectural Technician who is passionate about detail, design, and delivery. You'll be involved in projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and the wider internal team across a variety of technically engaging work.

This is an opportunity suited to candidates at a range of career stages, what matters most is a commitment to quality and a values led approach to the work.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications
• Support planning and Building Regulations submissions
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and CIAT standards
• Contribute to design development and turnkey project coordination

Skills & Experience Essential:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable:

• Experience in commercial or industrial sectors
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles
• Familiarity with project coordination tools
• CIAT membership, or ambition to work towards accreditation
