Salary: £57,815pa - £65,021pa, with potential for progression to £73,211pa via pay progression scheme. Location: Hybrid. Contracted to ICO offices in Wilmslow, London, Edinburgh, Cardiff or Belfast; relocation to Manchester city centre from 28 September 2026. After the move, contracted office will be Circle Square, Manchester. Job summaryAn exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join the DDaT function. You will lead the development of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, shaping how we deliver scalable digital services. You will have proven experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations as well as configuration expertise. You will work with the wider DDaT team, set the product direction alongside a senior implementation partner, and use your delivery background to assess and refine solutions before they reach the backlog. You will have expertise across the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, understanding the capabilities and limits of Dataverse, Power Automate, and Copilot. Working within multidisciplinary teams, you will own the product roadmap, translating user needs and business priorities into impactful solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, influencing decisions and championing best practice to deliver modern and accessible services.
