Job Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance to employees through multiple channels including face to face interactions, telephone support, email communication, and remote access tools under close supervision.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including notification instructions and knowledge base articles.
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing a variety of systems, network, hardware, and software problems.
- Resolve basic hardware and software issues based on established guidelines.
- Rely on oversight from more senior team members to ensure technical support operations align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of desktop, laptop, and network systems troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and technologies.
- Understanding of information security principles and standards.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on resolving user issues.
- Adaptability to learn and work with evolving technologies and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
