This role is central to driving continual improvements in both process quality and product quality, and embedding a strong right-first-time culture throughout the business.
We are seeking a proactive and hands on Quality Manager to lead all quality-related activities across the entire organisation, ensuring that every department upholds consistently high standards. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the company's Quality Management System and ensure robust quality controls, supplier quality standards, and effective corrective and preventive actions are in place to support both existing and new product lines. This is a practical, highly collaborative role that works closely with Design, Production, Engineering, Technical, Purchasing, Customer Service, and the wider supply chain to identify issues, implement improvements, and raise quality performance across all functions.
Operating across the full product lifecycle from initial design and development through manufacture, release, and in field performance. The Quality Manager will champion cross departmental problem solving, strengthen quality ownership at every stage, and elevate overall quality performance across the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesExperience in electrical assembly, metal forming/bending, fabrication, or injection moulding would be advantageous.

Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders
