Senior Full Stack Developer | Glasgow | Hybrid

We re working with a well-established, growing organisation in the financial services sector - a purpose-driven business with a loyal customer base and a proprietary digital platform that genuinely differentiates them in their market.

They re growing their engineering team and looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a small, close-knit group where your opinion matters, your code ships, and your impact is visible.

The Role

This is a hands-on position - the majority of your time will be spent writing and architecting code, not sitting in meetings. you'll work across a member-facing self-serve platform and internal tooling, contributing to both greenfield features and ongoing improvement of live systems.

you'll also play a senior role in the team - reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, and helping shape technical direction without it becoming a management role.

Tech Stack

• React, React Native, Next.js
• Node.js/TypeScript
• Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• CI/CD and modern DevOps practices

What They re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional full stack development experience
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals with solid React and Node.js experience
• Someone who takes genuine ownership - from brief to deployment
• Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced developers
• TypeScript, mobile app experience, and cloud exposure are all advantageous
